Can I place my order through e-mail?

Yes, if you are having trouble placing your order through our e-shop, you can send us an e-mail stating all your information, the products and the quantities you are interested in and we will place the order for you, keeping you informed throughout the process. However, we strongly recommend that you place your order via our e-shop for a better and quicker service.

Can I pick up my order from your store?

Yes, you can find us at 35, Lagkada str, Thessaloniki, Greece, P.C. 54629, in the area of Vardaris. If your company belongs to the EU and is registered in VIES, please bring with you the following: Driver’s license, car registration, ID, company’s stamp, Solemn Declaration (we are going to fill in this document at the shop). All the above must belong to the company or to a shareholder of the company. If your company does not belong to the EU or it is not registered in VIES, the customer service will contact you.

Which are the shipping times?

Generally, we need 2-3 days for packaging, from the date of payment confirmation. Depending on the shipping options you arrange, it might take from 3 to 7 days for an order to be delivered. Keep in mind that area zone and postal code may change the estimated delivery time. Also, remember that when your order is ready for shipping, you are going to be informed for the specific shipping details via e-mail.

Which are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping service, zone area, postal code and weight/size of the items. To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart you have to proceed to Checkout. The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary. In this point your order is NOT completed, so you are not obliged to purchase the products.

How can I choose the transportation company?

For shipping outside of Greece, we cooperate with Courier TNT. You can choose an express or an economic service. If your order is big and is going to be packed into a palette, you should choose International Transportation Company as the best and safest transportation shipping method. However you can always arrange the transportation process and pick up your order from our shop.

How can I find where my order is?

When your order is placed in our e-shop, you will receive an e-mail with all the information (tracking number, estimated delivery date) concerning its shipment. After that, you can always contact the transportation company that has arranged the delivery of your order.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, the minimum order amount is 25€ NET value (31€ with VAT).

Is there VAT in your prices?

In our e-shop you can see the NET price of our products, as well as the price with the VAT. Our company addresses to companies, as well as individuals. However, some clients face a different tax policy, therefore it is necessary to state the NET price of the products, for the best service of all our clients.

Can I pay with COD (cash on delivery)?

No, we don’t provide this service for the payment of your order. In order to make your transactions safely, we provide you with these ways of payment, so you can choose the one you prefer:

There is no limitation on the pieces per product. However, in case you choose a product, that comes in a package, you will have to buy products multiple of the package.

Can I order as an individual from your e-shop?

Yes, you can make an order as an individual. The minimum amount of order is 18.60 (with VAT). If you wish to buy a product that is sold in a package, you will have to order products multiple of the package.

Can I buy in small quantities?

Yes, you can buy in quantities that best fit your needs. If you wish to buy a product that is sold in a package, you will have to order products multiple of the package.

Do you issue a receipt?

Yes, we issue a receipt.

Do you provide the quantities of a palette?

Yes, we provide the quantities of a palette. In this case we will make an offer for your company, which will state the price of the products, as well as the payment and delivery terms.

Do you issue an invoice?

Yes, we issue an invoice.

Do you ship in Cyprus?

Yes, we arrange shipments for Cyprus every week! The pickup of the products from our store in Thessaloniki is usually every Wednesday and Friday and arrives in the port of Cyprus in 4-5 business days. The shipment of the products is carried out with a transportation company, in order for you to have the smallest charge. Approximately, the charge is 20 euros/carton.

You pay the transportation cost to the transportation company, during the delivery, an not to Smart Trade.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we ship everyday a big amount of orders in Greece and abroad.

If I cannot find a specific product, can you provide it for me?

Yes, you can send us the technical plan of the product or a picture, at info@vaza.gr. Also, please state the desirable amount, as well as the delivery time you wish to be delivered.

How can I cancel my order?

In order for you to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail at info@vaza.gr and for subject write “Cancel of order” and the order’s number.

Can I return my order?

You can return products bought from vaza.gr within 15 calendar days of receiving them, as long as they are returned in complete, unused and undamaged condition, as well as completing the Return Form. You can read more about the terms of return here.

Which products are not returned?
  1. When the products have been used.
  2. When the products delivered have been made according to the client’s instructions.
  3. When the products delivered are not suitable for return after opening, due to hygiene reasons (toothpicks, make-up brushes, etc.).
  4. When it has been more than 15 calendar days since the day of delivery.
What does a “set” mean?

A “Set” is 1 jar or 1 bottle with their cap.
