PE sealing disks

 PE plastic liners are placed inside the lids, fitting snugly over the opening of the jars. Their role is to provide additional sealing and protect the contents from contact with air or the external environment. They are useful tools for packaging cosmetics, such as face and body creams, as they prevent leaks during transport and help maintain the product’s consistency.

For proper application, the size (diameter) of the gasket must exactly match the diameter of the opening and the cap. They are compatible with the plastic jars and corresponding plastic lids in our range. Discover also PS foam pressure sensitive seal liners for applications requiring a different sealing method.
