Return Policy
The items to be returned must be unused and in the same condition that they were received, meaning undamaged and with their packaging, within 15 calendar days from the day the order was received. If the returned products do not fulfill the above conditions, they will be returned at the expense of the receiver.
The procedure that must be followed is:
1. Fill the Return Document by writing your request (to download the Document click here).
2. Send it by e-mail to info@vaza.gr or by fax to +30 2310 903919 and we will contact you.
3. Place the document in the package that will be returned.
Notes:
* Returns will not be accepted if the client hasn’t informed our company firstly in written form for his request.
* In case you receive a product that does not fit you, the return to our company is done at the expense of the sender.
* You should include the receipt of the purchase inside the package.
* Before any action of replacement, it is firstly required that our company receives and inspects the products.
Problematic Order – Destruction during shipment or missing items on order
Our company and the transportation companies that we collaborate are doing their best to protect and deliver your products. However, there is a chance of some products breaking or missing, because of their fragility.
In any case, you have to write your request by filling the Return Document (download it here) and send it to us by e-mail to info@vaza.gr attaching a photo of the problematic products. As soon as we receive your request one of our employees will contact you by e-mail.
