Two-component clear epoxy resin (liquid glass) (1kg + 0.5kg)

HL-210 is a two-component, high-clarity, low to medium viscosity, high strength epoxy resin . It cures at room temperature and provides a durable, hard, and smooth finish.

Ideal for castings, jewelry, artistic applications and DIY creations.

You can combine it with:

• Colored powders for impressive, metallic or pearlescent effects.

• Gold, silver or other metal leaves for luxurious and unique designs.

• Clear, colorless resin with high strength and hardness
• Mixing ratio: 2 parts Resin (A) : 1 part Hardener (B) by weight (2:1)
• Mixture viscosity (25°C): 600–800 mPa·s
• Working time: 70–90 minutes (for 100 g at 25°C)
• Initial drying: 8–10 hours
• Final curing stage: 48–72 hours at room temperature
• Hardness: Shore D 75–85

In larger quantities the reaction becomes more intense, reducing the available processing time.

Application instructions

1. Weighing : Use a digital scale to measure accurately (deviation up to 1–2 g). In small constructions, the exact ratio is even more important so that the mixture cures properly and you achieve the best possible result.
2. Stirring : Mix the ingredients for at least 3 minutes with a wooden or plastic spatula, cleaning the walls and bottom.
3. Transfer : Transfer the mixture to a second, clean container and mix again for 3 minutes with a new stick.
4. Surface : Apply to a clean, dry surface.
5. Environment : Work in a space with a constant temperature, avoiding humidity and low temperatures.
